How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free and tracked, within the United States. Items from our US warehouse (Question Mark and Spiral lamps) usually arrive in 3-7 business days; items from our partner warehouse (like the Mushroom lamp) usually arrive in 7-14 business days, and if a US import fee is ever charged on delivery, we refund it. Each product page shows its own estimate.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. See our returns policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
