1. Who we are. Nooraglow is an online store operated by an individual in Amman, Jordan. Contact: hello@nooraglow.com.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian’s permission to use the store and buy.
3. Products and descriptions. We try to describe products accurately. Images and videos may be illustrative; colours, sizes and appearance can vary slightly by screen and by batch. Please read the description and specifications before ordering.
4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed and include no hidden fees; shipping is shown at checkout. We currently sell and ship to the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia only. Some products (the Question Mark and Spiral lamps) ship from our US warehouse and are available to the United States only. Import VAT or customs fees on UAE and Saudi orders, if charged, are paid to the courier on delivery. Payment is by PayPal (including cards via PayPal). We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
5. Orders. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel orders (with full refund) for stock problems, suspected fraud, or errors.

7. Fulfilment by third parties. Items are supplied and shipped by partner suppliers. Delivery times are estimates. Some items, such as the Silicone Touch Mushroom Lamp, ship from our partner warehouse and usually arrive in 7-14 business days. No surprise fees: if a US import fee is ever charged on delivery, we refund it.
8. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to hack it, or use it unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property. Site content (text, design, logos) belongs to us or our licensors. Do not copy it without permission.
10. Warranty disclaimer. Except for rights you cannot lose under law, products and the site are provided “as is” without extra warranties.
11. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and Jordanian courts (Amman) have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
