Hi, welcome to Nooraglow!
We are a small, independent online store run by one person in Amman, Jordan. We select useful, good-value products and ship them to customers in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
To keep prices fair, we work with trusted supplier partners who store and ship our products from a US warehouse and from partner warehouses overseas. Items from our US warehouse usually arrive in 3-7 business days; items from our partner warehouse take 7-14 business days. Every product page shows which one applies, upfront.
What we promise:
- Honest descriptions and photos, with no fake reviews and no fake countdowns.
- Clear prices, including shipping, with no hidden fees.
- Real people replying to your messages, usually within 24 hours.
- Fair refunds if something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong.
We are a young business and still growing, and your feedback genuinely helps us.
